By accessing or using Artisan Invoices ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You can sign up using your email, Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

3. Service Plans and Billing

Artisan Invoices offers a Basic (free) plan and a Pro (paid) subscription plan.

• Basic Plan: Free forever, includes up to 10 invoices per month, basic templates, and standard features.
• Pro Plan: Includes unlimited invoices, custom branding (remove Artisan watermark), advanced analytics, automatic payment reminders, and priority support.

Fees for Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Invoicing and Payments

Artisan Invoices provides a platform for generating and managing professional invoices. While we facilitate the generation of these documents, we are not a party to the transactions between you and your clients.

The Service supports multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and more) and various payment methods including Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can configure preferred payment methods in your account settings.

5. Supported Languages

Artisan Invoices is available in 6+ languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. You can change your preferred language in your account settings at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Artisan Invoices and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Artisan Invoices.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Artisan Invoices, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
